Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Technical Support:
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers and resellers via phone, email, and other channels.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues at the component level using advanced test equipment and techniques.
- Equipment Repair and Maintenance:
- Perform repairs, refurbishments, upgrades, and other technical services on company and customer equipment.
- Actively participate in fault emulation and resolution processes, documenting findings thoroughly.
- Testing and Documentation:
- Conduct comprehensive testing of internal and external equipment, software, and firmware.
- Accurately document all testing procedures and results in a clear and concise manner.
- General Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an Electrical/Electronics Technician.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – you'll be the face of our technical support.
- Proven ability to read schematics and troubleshoot complex electronic systems down to the component level.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Oracle experience is a plus!
