Job Description

We’re hiring an Industrial Sewing Machine Operator / Quilter to join a manufacturing production team. This is a hands-on position for someone with industrial sewing or quilting machine experience who is comfortable working with heavy-duty fabrics and materials.

What You’ll Do
  • Set up and operate industrial quilting and sewing machines
  • Adjust machine settings, including speed and tension
  • Feed and position materials to produce accurate stitching patterns
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Troubleshoot basic machine or production issues
  • Perform quality checks and identify defects
  • Manually cut fabric and patterns using a rotary cutter
  • Assist with loading fabric rolls onto production equipment
  • Complete daily production and quality records
  • Follow SOPs, ISO quality standards, and safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous industrial sewing machine experience preferred
  • Up to 1+ year of manufacturing or machine operation experience
  • Comfortable setting up and operating high-speed production equipment
  • Ability to read specifications, patterns, and work instructions in English
  • Strong attention to detail and product quality
  • Good hand and finger dexterity
  • Comfortable performing repetitive production work
  • Dependable and able to work as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit or stand for an 8-hour shift
  • Ability to lift, pull, and handle materials up to 20 lbs.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive hand and arm movements
