Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented and organized shipping professional? We're looking for you!

As a Shipping Associate, you'll be a crucial link in our supply chain, ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You'll work closely with our Customer Service and Warehouse teams, using your expertise to streamline shipping processes and provide exceptional service.

What You'll Do:
  • Work seamlessly with Customer Service and Warehouse teams to fulfill customer orders and resolve any shipping-related issues.
  • Organize and distribute pick lists, and accurately pick and ship orders using our ERP system.
  • Generate essential shipping documents, including packing lists, material certifications, and bills of lading.
  • Schedule domestic and international pickups, and ensure compliance with customer routing guides.
What We're Looking For:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse shipping and receiving role.
  • Proven experience using FedEx, UPS, and DHL shipping software.
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and prides themselves on their work.
  • Excellent collaboration, multitasking, flexibility, and adaptability skills.
  • Strong computer skills are a must.
