Job Title: Shipping Associate
Location: North Dartmouth, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Associate to support daily shipping and logistics operations at our manufacturing facility in North Dartmouth, MA. This role is responsible for preparing shipments, coordinating with carriers, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with shipping and safety standards.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and package outbound shipments accurately and securely
  • Generate shipping labels and tracking using Ship Station, ERP systems, and carrier portals (FedEx, UPS, DHL)
  • Coordinate carrier pickups and resolve shipping discrepancies
  • Maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs paperwork
  • Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and warehouse coordination
  • Follow FIFO practices and prioritize urgent shipments
  • Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Assist with shipping reports and tracking delivery performance
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–2 years of shipping, logistics, or warehouse experience preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems and shipping software preferred
  • Familiarity with FedEx, UPS, freight shipping, and inventory processes
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
