• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently in accordance with all company safety policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
• Load, unload, transport, and stack windows, patio doors, and associated materials (e.g., frames, hardware, packaging) using the forklift.
• Follow designated picking and stocking procedures to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Conduct pre-operational checks on the forklift to ensure proper functioning and identify any potential issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to housekeeping standards.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, such as receiving shipments, staging materials, and conducting inventory checks.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel, including supervisors, to ensure smooth operation and efficient task completion.
• Report any safety hazards, accidents, or equipment malfunctions immediately to the supervisor.
• Participate in safety training programs and maintain valid forklift operator certification.
• 2nd Shift Monday - Thursday  from 3:30pm to 2am Some OT on Friday 

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment.
• Valid forklift operator certification (e.g., OSHA, NACO).
• Strong understanding of safe forklift operation practices and adherence to safety regulations.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and maneuver moderate weights (up to [Weight limit] lbs).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
