This role is part of the Assembly Team, responsible for assembling various electronic sub-components. You will work in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment, utilizing a variety of hand tools and strictly following written work instructions and supporting documents.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Perform assembly, calibration, and test of products and components using assembly drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials (BOMs).
Assembly under a microscope is required.
Use a variety of hand and power tools following appropriate methods for mechanical assembly.
Inspect and test parts and products during or after assembly to meet quality standards.
Rotate through mechanical operations to build product and meet team production goals.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment and support continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
US Person
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment.
Capable of working from blueprints, assembly procedures, and routes.
Essential skills: Fine motor skills, excellent vision, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination.
Proficient in the use of mechanical assembly tools, such as torque drivers, calipers, and pneumatic epoxy dispensers.
Strong team contributor with good time management skills.
