Job Title: Solder Assembler
 Location: Endicott, NY
 Pay Rate: $21.39/hour
 Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday | 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
 Work Environment: 100% On-Site
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Solder Assembler to join our team in Endicott, NY. This full-time, onsite position plays a critical role in assembling and ensuring the quality of electronic components and systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with soldering, SMT setup, and conformal coating processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform solder touch-up after mass reflow (SMT and Conformal Coat).
  • Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, kits, and modules following written instructions, wiring lists, diagrams, and process sheets.
  • Operate hand tools and machinery appropriately and safely.
  • Inspect products for compliance with specifications and perform rework as required.
  • Conduct mechanical and electrical assembly operations using standard measuring tools and techniques.
  • Perform soldering and inspection tasks when certified.
  • Assist in SMT setup, bonding, and flow solder processes.
  • Participate in cross-training and support continuous improvement activities.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and operational guidelines and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of education from a high school or trade school.
  • Proven experience in:
    • Soldering
    • SMT Setup
    • Conformal Coating
    • Bonding
    • Flow Soldering
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring lists, and process documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
