Location: Milford, CT
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule:8am - 430pm Mon-Fri

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Solderer to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for assembling and connecting electrical components for lighting products using soldering techniques. The ideal candidate will have a steady hand, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform soldering of wires, circuit boards, and small electrical components
  • Assemble lighting fixtures and components according to specifications and diagrams
  • Read and follow work instructions, schematics, and assembly drawings
  • Inspect solder joints to ensure quality, strength, and proper conductivity
  • Repair or rework defective products as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
  • Meet production quotas while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Report equipment issues, defects, or material shortages to supervisors
Qualifications
  • Previous soldering or electronics assembly experience preferred
  • Ability to work with small parts and fine detail
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Basic understanding of electrical components and wiring
  • Ability to read blueprints or schematics (preferred)
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand movements
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
