Assembly Technician (Soldering) – 2nd Shift
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team! In this role, you’ll assemble mechanical, optical, and electrical components while ensuring high-quality standards are met.
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble small, complex components and subassemblies following work instructions
- Perform soldering to IPC standards
- Make setups and adjustments while maintaining tight tolerances to blueprint specifications
- Ensure products meet operational, quality, and cosmetic requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current or recent IPC J-STD-001 solder certification (entry-level soldering required)
- 4+ years of relevant experience or Associate’s degree with 0–2 years of related experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small, intricate parts
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
Schedule:
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM
- Training: 2–3 weeks on 1st shift (Monday–Thursday, starting at 6:00 AM or 9:00 AM)
