Sr. Customer Service
Job Description
- Manage inbound phone calls by satisfying the customer inquiry or routing the call to the appropriate sales or service member for resolution.
- Respond to a high volume of inbound customer inquiries and order requests via telephone calls, email, web chat and fax correspondence.
- Demonstrate our commitment to service by following up on calls and ensuring superior results drive customer satisfaction.
- Accurately log and update customer information in our CRM tool.
- Generate and process customer quote and order requests assigned.
- Respond to customer requests for Certificates of Analysis and other product documentation.
- Display a commitment to quality by following documented procedures and practices.
- Excel at working as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, action oriented.
- 1-3+ years customer service experience.
- Bachelor's degree of science would be preferred.
- Experience working with environmental laboratories is plus.
- Excellent communication, organization and time management skills.
- Proficient with contact management software (CRM).
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoints).
