HW Staffing Solutions is looking for a full cycle recruiter specializing in Light Industrial positions. This is a full time position based out of our Shelton, CT branch. 

HW Staffing Solutions, a well-established firm providing temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct placement services, is seeking a recruiter / staffing professional to join our team. In this role you'll be responsible for:

• Sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and placing candidates in manufacturing and clerical positions.
• Completing onboarding documentation with applicants prior to job placement.
• Responding to clients and learning more about their open positions through phone calls, worksite tours, and weekly/daily check-ins.
• Continuing to build the HW Brand in the local area via social media, attending networking events, and other community functions. 
• Establishing business relationships with other recruiting/referral resources including career centers and non-profit associations.
• Entering applicant information into the company database and ensuring compliance with local, federal, and state labor laws.
• Completing safety evaluations for worksites and ensuring proper safety training for associates being placed on assignment.
