Stationary Engineer, 2nd Class
New Bedford, MA | Full-Time

We're seeking a licensed 2nd Class Stationary Engineer to oversee high-pressure boiler operations and help ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of a busy manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor high-pressure boiler and steam systems
  • Ensure compliance with Massachusetts regulations and safety standards
  • Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and repairs
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and improve system reliability
  • Maintain accurate operational logs and records
  • Support facility operations and perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Massachusetts 2nd Class Engineer License (Required)
  • 5+ years of boiler or steam plant experience
  • Facilities and HVAC experience preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and safety skills
