Supply Chain Manager
Rochester, NY (Onsite – 5 days per week)
$40 per hour
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and administer supply chain programs, tools, and processes across multiple functions, including commodity management, material management, procurement, and subcontracts. This role is critical in ensuring sourcing strategies align with business goals, improving performance through analytics, and building strong relationships with global partners.
- Develop, implement, and manage supply chain strategies, tools, and processes across procurement, subcontracts, and materials management.
- Support sourcing activities including supplier selection, product delivery specifications, and quality compliance.
- Establish and maintain material control systems to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Pull and analyze supply chain data; update systems such as JEDI, Agile, and EXPO.
- Track Country of Origin roadmaps and provide deviation waiver support.
- Reconcile packing lists and support supply chain reporting activities.
- Navigate and leverage PowerBI dashboards for analytics and reporting.
- Provide business analytics and performance metrics to drive decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to assess needs and implement improvements.
- Attend and contribute to team and project meetings to support ongoing initiatives.
- Associate’s degree with 9+ years of supply chain experience,
- OR a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience (preferred).
- Strong background in supply chain management, procurement, or material management.
- Database/data analytics experience required; ability to work with spend data systems.
- Proficiency in navigating and updating enterprise systems (JEDI, Agile, EXPO).
- Experience with PowerBI dashboards strongly preferred.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Must-Haves (Hard Skills): Database navigation, data analytics, supply chain background, proficiency in system updates and reporting.
- Nice-to-Haves (Hard Skills): PowerBI expertise, advanced data visualization.
- Must-Haves (Soft Skills): Team collaboration, reliability, accountability, and strong communication skills.
- Deal Breaker: Must be able to work onsite in Rochester, NY, five days per week.
- Office/cubicle environment with computer workstation.
- Typical day includes data pulls, system updates, reconciliation activities, and attending meetings to support ongoing projects.
- Team size: 4–6.
