Job Details:
In this role, you will be focusing on batch-manufacturing chemical materials. Working in our Synthesis Manufacturing facility is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in Chemistry while learning about different types of equipment used in our business.
Responsibilities:
- Batch manufacturing chemical materials.
- Comprehend and follow detailed instructions and documentation on procedures and processes for production.
- Finalizing the production of finished products, by accurately adding and recording specified material amounts, gathering and recording operation information and data, and ensuring batches meet final criteria.
- Using and properly handling reactors, filter equipment and various other tools.
- Perform calculations and other tasks assigned by the manager.
Education:
- A High School Diploma or GED with at least 3 years of working experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
Experience:
- Previous experience in the batch-manufacturing of chemical materials strongly preferred.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to comprehend and follow written procedures and documentation.
- Ability to learn new processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High safety focus.
