We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our team in a hybrid capacity. This role is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process—from sourcing top-tier talent to negotiating offers—with a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting for engineering and technical roles across multiple sites and managing a high volume of requisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, presenting, and negotiating offers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing tools.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, ensure quality hires, and meet hiring timelines.
- Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Educate candidates on company values, mission, and role expectations.
- Submit qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate feedback loops.
- Manage 20–25+ requisitions simultaneously across multiple locations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a strong emphasis on sourcing.
- Experience recruiting for engineering and IT roles; aerospace and defense industry experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with multi-site recruiting environments.
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook is a plus.
