Job Description

Lead – Assembly & Production Support

Full-Time | Growing Manufacturing Environment

Join a fast-paced, collaborative team where you’ll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly. We’re looking for a hands-on Lead who’s tech-savvy, mechanically inclined, and ready to take ownership of daily operations, training, and workflow in our Assembly department.

What You’ll Do
  • Produce and manage product labels for Assembly & Production
  • Maintain equipment (Mounting Pad Machine, automated baggers, Zebra printers, sealers, tape machines, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and clear jams
  • Monitor stock levels (bags, labels, elastics, boxes) and make inventory adjustments
  • Pick and stage orders; match completed orders to picking lists
  • Train new team members and support cross-training
  • Perform transactions in IQMS and maintain accurate records
  • Partner with Customer Service, Sales & Manufacturing to support label needs
  • Conduct quality inspections based on documented procedures
What You Bring
  • Strong computer skills & comfort learning new systems
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to make minor machine adjustments
  • Ability to multi-task and handle shifting priorities
  • Solid math skills and ability to follow written/verbal instructions
  • Ability to lift 40–50 lbs as needed
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
