Job Description

We are looking for a Team Lead on Third Shift! 11pm-7am

 

  • Lead and supervise a team of production workers to achieve daily production targets.
  • Communicate production goals and expectations to the team effectively.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed, creating a safe working environment.
  • Promote efficiency and teamwork within the production team.
  • Monitor and maintain the security of the facility during your shift.
  • Collaborate with the Distribution operations leadership team to meet production goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere.
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance team performance.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

 

Job Requirements

  • Education: BS degree, ideally in Operations or Supply Chain Management.
  • Training: Knowledge in Continuous Improvement, Safety, Team Building, and Change Management is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • 2+ years in a supervisory role.
    • 3+ years in distribution or warehouse operations.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
    • Proven success in implementing change and improving performance.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with computer-based operations and performance management systems.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to navigate warehouse operations, including climbing stairs and extended periods of standing or sitting.
    • Lift up to 40 pounds.
    • Frequent computer use for administrative tasks.
