Technical Assembler – Charlotte, NC

We’re seeking reliable, hands-on Technical Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in the Charlotte area. If you enjoy working with tools, solving problems, and being part of a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assemble electrical and mechanical components using hand & power tools
  • Follow work orders and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Label wires and components accurately
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Support production team goals with efficiency and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience
  • Ability to read instructions and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Basic electrical knowledge (wiring, gauges, components) is a plus
