Technical Writing Assistant
Job Description
- Create, update, and manage assembly work instructions and documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with teams to gather and verify technical information.
- Scan, file, and track build documents for traceability.
- Support Engineering Change Orders and maintain document control systems.
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s or higher preferred (especially in Technical Writing or related field).
- 0–3 years of experience in documentation, manufacturing, or admin support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to read blueprints, BOMs, and assembly documents.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of electronics manufacturing and document control systems a plus.
