Temporary Finance Senior Manager
Job Description
- Analyze, monitor, and report on purchasing activity across your assigned book of business. This includes data reconciliation and monthly performance reporting.
- Partner with National Account Executives to assess client performance, track KPIs, support budgeting/forecasting, and deliver insightful client-specific reporting.
- Serve as a trusted financial advisor to both internal stakeholders and external clients, providing process guidance and strategic support.
- Ensure financial terms in client agreements are accurately implemented and aligned within internal financial systems.
- Support compliance initiatives including U.S. government reporting, internal audits, and special project work as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
- 5–8 years of relevant work experience, with strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, modeling); Access database experience a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal, with excellent client-facing abilities.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation, process improvement, and growth.
