3-6 Month Contract Opportunity
We’re looking for a dedicated Member Service Representative I to provide exceptional support to our Health Plan members. Your role will help ensure member satisfaction, loyalty, and retention while meeting high standards for accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-notch service via phone, in writing, and in person.
- Provide benefit, claims, and coverage information.
- Maintain accurate member records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to resolve inquiries.
- Contribute to process improvement projects and administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
- Education: High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years in customer service.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and a team player.
