Experience/Knowledge: Relating to internal and external customers in a positive and professional manner while proactively meeting the customers’ needs and exceeding quality standards.

Experience/Knowledge:  Managing incoming telephone inquiries from providers & related entities concerning but not limited to benefits, plan coverage, enrollment status, claims adjudication process, billing, and payments.

Experience/Knowledge:  Maintaining accurate information through documentation in all systems and databases, to include resolution and next steps.

 Experience/Knowledge:  Microsoft Office Suite.

 Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. Customer services, 3+ years of experience.
