Temporary Provider Services Representative
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Provider Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for provider inquiries—verbal, written, and electronic—delivering complete and accurate information while educating providers on policies, procedures, and self-service options.
- Respond to provider inquiries with professionalism and accuracy, ensuring timely follow-up when first call resolution is not possible.
- Collaborate with the Research team and other departments to resolve provider issues effectively.
- Document all inquiries and resolutions thoroughly using the correct templates.
- Stay up to date on internal resources, policies, and procedures to provide accurate support.
- Use strong communication and relationship-building skills to create a world-class service experience for providers.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in Healthcare, insurance or medical billing preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work both independently and in collaboration with teams.
