Job Description
Global leader for over 50 years of imaginative design and innovative engineering solutions across a broad range of packaging products is Seeking a tool setter to be part of their organization. This position is temp to hire and hours of operation are Monday thru Friday, 7am - 3:30 pm
As a tool setter, your job duties include
- Taking the measurement of reference points for setting the machine
- Making adjustments to the machine presenter
- Performing periodic quality checks on the products made by the machines
- Responsible for the setup and adjustment of CNC machine tools and production machines in a factory or shop
- A Tool setters typically have multitasking, organization, and customer service skills.
Job Requirements
- Previous manufacturing experience in a production environment
- 2-3 years of experience as a tool setter
- CNC background preferred
- Good math skills
- Ability to work independently or little supervision
- Basic tool and measuring experience
