Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time
Overview:
Join a hardworking, energetic team in a fast-paced production environment! We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Trimmer to help shape and finish high-quality products. This is a hands-on role where precision, teamwork, and pride in your work really make a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Cut, shape, and trim materials such as textiles using cutting machines.
  • Adjust guides and stops to control cutting depths and widths.
  • Position templates or measure materials to ensure maximum yield and accuracy.
  • Read and follow work orders to determine dimensions, cutting locations, and quantities.
  • Inspect and discard defective items to maintain quality standards.
  • Fold, stack, and bundle finished pieces neatly for transport or storage.
  • Load items on racks and move materials using carts as needed.
  • Trim excess materials or threads for a clean, professional finish.
Qualifications:
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required — we’ll train the right person!
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
  • Dependable, punctual, and ready to contribute to a positive team environment.
