 Truss Assembler (Temp-to-Hire)
Pay: $18.50 – $20.00/hour (based on performance)
Job Overview:
We are hiring Truss Assemblers to build roof and floor trusses in a warehouse setting. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Assemble roof and floor trusses according to specifications
  • Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Read and follow production layouts or instructions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Schedule:
  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM (primary opening)
  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (limited availability)
  • 50–60 hours per week, with Saturdays required during peak season
Pay & Benefits:
  • Starting pay: $18.50/hour
  • Performance-based increases up to $20/hour
  • Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and handle materials in a warehouse environment
  • Comfortable working extended hours and overtime
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
