Will have a minimum of one year of manufacturing experience, tube drawing experience a plus. Experience machining various metals and materials such as copper stainless.

ACCOUNTABILITIES with SUPERVISION:

• Unloading tubing from boxes
• Pointing tubing on Hydraulic pointer and Swaging Machines
• Lubricating tubing
• Washing or degreasing tubing
• Straighten round or shaped tubing and rod by hand
• Cutting and deburring tubing
• Assist operators on draw boards
• Learn what is, and how to read micrometers, calipers, and tape measures
• Operate overhead hand hoist
• May perform other duties as requested
• Review and become familiar with Work Instructions, Job Hazard Analysis, Manufacturing Methods, and Quality Management System requirements.
• Utilize PPE and observe evacuation protocols.
• Taking accountability for acceptance of applicable operation steps.
• Participation in Continuous Improvement activities as instructed by supervisors and / or managers.

Must be over 18 with high school diploma or GED. 
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Good command of the English language
