Utility Operator
Job Description
- Receive, unpack, and pack high-value components with a strong focus on care and accuracy
- Inspect parts in a cleanroom environment using microscopes and other inspection tools
- Maintain proper handling and traceability of parts throughout the process
- Perform cleaning tasks to support production and maintain a controlled environment
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory control activities
- Support daily operations and provide general assistance across the manufacturing area as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to use, or willingness to learn to use, inspection equipment such as microscopes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-value components with care
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to quality and safety standards
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Basic computer skills and ability to support inventory or tracking systems
