Job Description

Utility Operator
Job Duties: 
  • Receive, unpack, and pack high-value components with a strong focus on care and accuracy
  • Inspect parts in a cleanroom environment using microscopes and other inspection tools
  • Maintain proper handling and traceability of parts throughout the process
  • Perform cleaning tasks to support production and maintain a controlled environment
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory control activities
  • Support daily operations and provide general assistance across the manufacturing area as needed
Requirements: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to use, or willingness to learn to use, inspection equipment such as microscopes
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-value components with care
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to quality and safety standards
  • Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Basic computer skills and ability to support inventory or tracking systems
