Job Description

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for assisting Vision Room Technician in the operation and production maintenance of the automated vision inspection systems.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operate automated vision equipment.
  • Maintain and upkeep quality data collection systems.
  • Maintain and modify product lay down area as needed.
  • Prepare inspected product for auditing and warehousing.
  • Perform routine APCO changes on automated vision equipment.
  • O-Ring packaging and warehousing.
  • Perform other duties as required or requested.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or GED; and two years of manufacturing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be able to read, write and speak in English and possess interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to complete basic math formulas that include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Must have relevant technical skills.
  • Must be able to use SAP software.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Work environment consists of manufacturing which may be exposed to noise, heat, and rubber smells.
  • Exposure to loud noise levels for up to 2/3 of the time.
