Job Description
- Assemble window and patio door components according to precise specifications and blueprints.
- Operate and maintain various assembly equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient production.
- Inspect assembled units for quality and accuracy, adhering to strict quality control standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, prioritizing safety protocols always.
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet production goals and deadlines.
- May perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and work independently.
- Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production quotas
Hours are Monday to Thursay 5am - 3:30pm and some OT on Friday
- Safety 1st attitude
- Attention to detail
- Able to operate power tools- including staple gun, saws, drills etc.
- Able to read a tape measure
- Able to read reporting
- Able to read, write and follow written instructions
- Able to operate a computer
- Able to use hand tools and have hand dexterity
- Able to retain training and work independently
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Dependable and flexible
