Warehouse Associate

We're looking for dependable, motivated Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced distribution team in Canton, MA. If you enjoy staying active, working in a team environment, and take pride in accuracy and efficiency, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer and store orders for shipment
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate inventory and assist with stock replenishment
  • Operate warehouse equipment and scanning devices as trained
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Basic computer and RF scanner experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
