Job Description

Warehouse Associate
Location: Lawrence, MA
Pay: $19.00–$20.00/hr
Schedule: 1st Shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM)
Type: Temp-to-Perm
Overview:
Join a fast-paced distribution team with steady hours, overtime opportunities, and long-term potential. Ideal for reliable candidates comfortable with warehouse operations and equipment.
Responsibilities:
• Pick and retrieve products using pick lists
• Scan and verify inventory with barcode equipment
• Pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Build pallets, wrap, and prepare shipments
• Load/unload materials as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Operate forklift (training provided)
• Follow all safety procedures
Qualifications:
• Warehouse or order-picking experience preferred
• Forklift experience or willingness to learn
• RF scanner experience a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) encouraged
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable with strong work ethic
Physical Requirements:
• Stand for full shift
• Frequent bending, reaching, stooping
• Lift up to 50 lbs (typically 30–40 lbs)
• Overtime as needed
Additional Requirements:
• Steel-toe shoes required
• Pre-employment drug screening (THC tested)
