Job Description

Warehouse Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced distribution team. This role involves picking, packing, loading, unloading, and organizing products while maintaining accuracy, safety, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities
  • Pick and pack orders using scanners or pick tickets
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
  • Stock and organize products within the warehouse
  • Assist with inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Meet daily productivity and shipping goals
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 25–50+ lbs regularly
  • Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Basic math and reading skills
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Forklift experience is a plus
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced warehouse setting
  • Varying temperatures throughout the year
