Job Description

Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Material Handling & Crate Building) in Salisbury NC 
We are looking for hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team for 1st and 2nd shift positions. This is a fast-paced role that requires both physical strength and the ability to use basic tools for material preparation.
Shift & Pay
  • 1st Shift: Starts at 6:00 AM
  • 2nd Shift: Starts at 4:00 PM
  • Pay: Starting at $17.84/hour 
  • Overtime: Candidates must be flexible to work OT as needed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Material Preparation: Build and stack custom wooden crates and pallets for secure product transport.
  • Product Inspection: Carefully inspect materials for defects or damage prior to loading.
  • Sorting & Loading: Organize products by category and manually load materials into containers or onto trucks.
  • Tool Operation: Safely use hand and power tools (drills, nail guns, etc.) to construct shipping crates.
Physical Requirements
  • Heavy Lifting: Must be able to lift 40 lbs or more consistently throughout the shift.
  • Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for long periods of time (8–10+ hours).
  • Manual Dexterity: Comfortable handling tools and building structures with precision.
  • Fitness: Must be physically fit and capable of performing repetitive manual labor in a warehouse environment.
Qualifications
  • Proven reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Previous warehouse, construction, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to follow safety protocols while handling heavy loads and power tools.
