Job Description

The warehouse merchandise auditor will be responsible for the auditing of merchandise and goods utilizing a handheld scanner on all inbound shipments.   In this role you will review and count that the quantity and quality of the goods are accurately described and accounted for by scanning each item into the inventory database using a handheld inventory scanner.  This position requires accuracy, detail orientated abilities and the ability to work within a fast-paced work environment.  You will be responsible for unpacking goods from their original package, scanning each item and repackaging the item for outbound shipments.  Working alongside a conveyor belt and within a designed station, speed and accuracy is priority to fulfill the requirements of logistically moving the items inbound and outbound of the warehouse. 

Other duties may be assigned by the warehouse manager to include general cleaning and moving pallets from department to docks for shipping pickups. 

Job Requirements

Physical requirements of this position include bending, lifting, and standing the entire duration of the work shift. The ability to multi-task with a focus on adherence to safety procedures.  Onboarding requirements include submitting and passing a background check and drug test to include TCH.
