Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $50,000 – $75,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday | On-site | Day Shift

Bilingual Warehouse Lead
 
We are seeking a “hands-on” Bilingual Warehouse Lead with prior retail store management or supervisor experience to support daily warehouse operations in our apparel, footwear, and home goods division.  This role is ideal for someone who has led teams in a retail environment and is comfortable transitioning those skills into a warehouse setting where organization, speed, and execution are critical.
 
The Bilingual Warehouse Lead will play a key role in driving daily throughput, monitoring production, and keeping teams aligned and productive in a fast-paced, high-volume operation.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of communication between English and Spanish-speaking team members and management.
Lead and support floor teams to ensure daily production goals and throughput targets are met.
Monitor workflow, productivity, and accuracy throughout the shift.
Assign tasks, adjust labor as needed, and keep teams focused on priorities.
Maintain a strong floor presence and lead by example in a hands-on environment.
Report progress, challenges, and production updates to supervisors and managers.
Help train new employees and reinforce process standards and safety expectations.
Maintain a clean, organized and efficient work area.
 
Candidate Profile:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Prior experience in retail store management, assistant management, or warehouse leadership.
Very hands-on leader who is comfortable working directly on the floor.
Proven ability to drive throughput and monitor production in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams.
Basic computer or Excel skills preferred for tracking daily activity and reporting.

This role is ideal for a retail leader looking to apply their floor-management skills in a warehouse environment.  The Bilingual Warehouse Lead will help drive productivity, maintain organization, and ensure clear communication across teams – playing a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.
