Warehouse Fulfillment Associate
 
We are hiring Warehouse Associates / Fulfillment Associates for a long-term temporary position in a high-volume distribution center. This role includes picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet productivity and attendance expectations.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately using pick lists
  • Scan inventory and perform receiving and put-away functions
  • Load and unload trucks as needed
  • Use handheld scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Rotate between warehouse positions based on workload
  • Meet hourly and daily production quotas
  • Follow warehouse safety policies and procedures
 
Skills & Experience
  • Warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution center experience preferred
  • Picker, packer, shipping, or receiving experience a plus
  • Basic computer skills and data entry
  • Experience using WMS or handheld scanners preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills
  • Repetitive ladder use
  • Standing, walking, bending, and lifting 30–50 lbs throughout shift
  • Fast-paced warehouse environment
 
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screen
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
  • Ability to read, speak, and understand English for safety and training
  • Stable work history (no more than two jobs in the past 12 months)
 
Schedule
  • Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday; 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
  • Mandatory overtime during peak seasons.
