Job Description

As a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator in our Manufacturing industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory and transfer process of our warehouse. You will be expected to ensure that all products are received, stored, and shipped out in a timely and efficient manner. Your main goal will be to maintain accurate and efficient transfer process while meeting production delivery goals. You will be a key player in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage warehouse inventory and transfer process
  • Ensure that all products are received, stored, and shipped out in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts
  • Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the warehouse is kept clean and organized
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production goals are met
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Acute attention to details is critical 
  • Meeting strict deadlines
  • Ability to create, manage, and utilize Excel Spreadsheets
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field
  • Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Experience with ERP systems
