Warehouse Lead
Position Overview:
 We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations in our apparel division. This role is responsible for supervising and directing warehouse team members to ensure accurate, efficient, and safe handling of products while meeting operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and guide warehouse floor activities, including stocking, bay consolidation, material handling, and dock operations.
  • Oversee apparel shipments: sorting products, verifying accuracy, and ensuring efficient stock put-away.
  • Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, enforcing safety protocols and promoting workplace safety culture.
  • Train and support new and existing team members in coordination with the Training Supervisor.
  • Identify and report personnel or process issues to management and support resolution efforts.
  • Ensure proper pallet flow and organization for stock and orders.
  • Collaborate with Warehouse Supervisors, Clerks, and Forklift Operators to optimize product movement.
  • Communicate goals, tasks, and expectations clearly to the team.
  • Monitor team performance and support employee development.
  • Demonstrate strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
 
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in warehouse environments with exposure to varying temperatures.
  • Capacity to lift up to 40 lbs. repetitively.
  • Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and compliance standards.
  • Experience operating electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and stock pickers.
  • Must read and write in English; bilingual candidates are welcome.
 
Preferred Skills & Abilities:
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
  • Ability to understand and implement complex warehousing strategies.
  • Flexible availability, including overtime as needed.
 
Physical Demands:
  • Prolonged standing, bending, and lifting in a warehouse environment.
