Warehouse Lead

We're hiring an experienced Warehouse Lead to provide hands-on leadership and help keep daily warehouse operations running safely and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow their leadership skills.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and support warehouse associates throughout the shift
  • Communicate daily priorities and assign workflow
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and order accuracy
  • Ensure safety procedures and proper PPE are followed
  • Verify accurate product handling, labeling, staging, and shipping
  • Assist with inventory counts, audits, and cycle counts
  • Train and cross-train warehouse associates
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as certified
  • Identify and report safety, inventory, equipment, or quality concerns
  • Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation
What We're Looking For
  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience
  • Lead or supervisory experience preferred
  • Forklift/PIT experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Safety-focused with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with inventory and warehouse processes
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and working in varying warehouse temperatures
