Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and support a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign and oversee daily tasks to ensure timely shipping and receiving
  • Enforce OSHA and company safety standards; conduct safety briefings
  • Perform inventory cycle counts and audits using WMS
  • Train and onboard new hires on equipment, safety, and procedures
  • Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and quality
  • Resolve workflow issues and address minor team concerns
Qualifications:
  • Prior warehouse or distribution leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of safety compliance and inventory control
  • Experience using WMS and material-handling equipment
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
