Job Description

HW Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Lead in Mapleville, RI, to work for a leading supplier of gourmet food products.

 

As a Warehouse Lead, you are responsible for coordinating warehouse associate duties and tasks to meet the demands of the schedule. Ensuring work assigned to warehouse shifts is completed most efficiently. Daily collection and input of statistical data in support of measuring KPIs. In addition, the Warehouse Lead will maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations

Salary Range:

$23.62-$25.00 per hour

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Professional Experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in a warehousing or distribution center role
  • Proficient knowledge of manufacturing industry and inventory management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Leadership experience
