Warehouse Recycler

HW Staffing is seeking a reliable Warehouse Recycler to support warehouse operations by maintaining recycling areas, operating forklifts, and ensuring a clean, organized work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Bale cardboard and plastic recycling materials.
  • Empty trash from designated warehouse areas.
  • Load finished bales and scrap materials onto recycling trailers.
  • Organize and transport pallets to designated locations.
  • Assist with warehouse cleaning and audit preparation.
  • Provide shipping department coverage as needed.
  • Follow all safety, quality, GMP, and food safety procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Forklift experience required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, reach, and lift heavy materials throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying noise levels.
