Job Description

Responsible for sorting, inspecting, and processing donated clothing and textiles in a warehouse environment. Duties include separating items by quality and type, preparing materials for recycling or resale, operating warehouse equipment, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and meeting daily production goals. Associates may also load and unload shipments, package materials, and assist with inventory tracking while following company safety procedures.
Key Skills:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Attention to detail
  • Teamwork and communication
  • Basic warehouse and inventory knowledge
  • Ability to stand, bend, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Forklift experience (preferred)
