Job Description

HW Staffing is seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations at our client’s warehouse facility in Fall River, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and directing the work of our warehouse team, ensuring efficient and effective inventory management, and supporting the overall success of our distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the warehouse team, including scheduling, task assignments, and performance reviews
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
  • Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance productivity
  • Provide training and support to warehouse personnel to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any issues or challenges that arise
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficient in warehouse operations, including inventory management and logistics
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent
     
Compensation and Benefits:
  • We offer a competitive hourly rate $22.00-$25.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package, full health insurance, referral program and more!
