Warehouse Supervisor
 
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all warehouse activities related to order picking and packing, shipping, and receiving. The ideal candidate has a strong background in logistics and warehouse operations, with proven leadership skills and a commitment to accuracy, safety, and team performance.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient pick and pack fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Oversee all shipping and receiving functions, including verifying shipments, inspecting goods, and processing documentation.
  • Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff to meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and coordinate with inventory control teams.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of material handling equipment.
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and OSHA standards.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners and internal departments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors or delays.
 
Qualifications:
  • 2–5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of pick and pack systems, inventory control, and warehouse logistics.
  • Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical warehouse environment.
