Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. 

 

  1. Ensures accurate and timely updates of inventory transactions for all incoming and outgoing items.

 

  1. Interfaces with other internal departments to supply inventory items as requested or information related to inventory items.

 

  1. Assigns tasks to warehouse staff.

 

  1. Supervises the storage and removal of inventory items from the warehouse.

 

  1. Responsible for maintaining organization and cleanliness in the warehouse.

 

  1. Responsible for training and maintaining training records of warehouse staff in all functions necessary to complete daily tasks.

 

  1. Reviews operational issues that affect the warehouse or inventory control processes with the Warehouse Manager.

 

  1. Ensures all warehouse equipment is operating properly and that all warehouse staff practice safe operating methods when using the equipment.

 

  1. Interfaces with Inventory Supervisor to ensure completion of daily cycle counts.

 

  1. Coordinates the transfer of inventory items to and from other warehouses.

 

  1. Performs and supervises during scheduled physical inventories.

Job Requirements

Must be able to pass Drug test and Background.
