Job Description

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to jump into a fast-paced warehouse environment? We're looking for a passionate Warehouse Support associate to join our team!

In this role, you'll be the backbone of our shipping operations, ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You'll work closely with our Shipping Coordinator and become a key player in our efficient and dynamic team.

What You'll Do:
  • Collaborate with the Shipping Coordinator to keep our daily operations running smoothly.
  • Accurately pick products using picking sheets and ensure orders are fulfilled quickly.
  • Double-check shipments to guarantee 100% accuracy before they leave our warehouse.
  • Utilize shipping software (Starship) and our ERP system (SAGE 100 Advanced) to process shipments.
  • Occasionally assist with inventory control, including counting and stock management.
What We're Looking For:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially with basic IT or equipment issues.
  • A collaborative team player who works well across departments.
  • Bonus Points: Experience with warehouse operations, shipping software, or ERP systems (but not required!).
