Job Description

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, support staff, and maintain efficient product flow in a food‑production environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and participate in receiving, storage, picking, and shipping
  • Lead and train Warehouse Associates to maintain smooth workflow
  • Manage inventory accuracy and enter product movement into the ERP system
  • Prepare and route orders; oversee loading and unloading
  • Stage materials for production and handle returns
  • Maintain safety, sanitation, allergen control, and FIFO rotation
  • Support basic maintenance of coolers, freezers, vehicles, and equipment
  • Report product quality issues or discrepancies
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of warehouse experience; food manufacturing strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with ERP/scanning systems and standard warehouse procedures
  • Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold environments
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License; DOT card preferred
  • English required; Spanish bilingual a plus
