Warehouse Team Leader

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to help lead daily warehouse operations and support a team of Material Handlers. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their warehouse career.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and support Material Handlers during daily warehouse operations
  • Receive, store, pick, and distribute materials
  • Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Verify orders and materials for accuracy
  • Complete inventory transactions and update warehouse systems
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory control
  • Train and support new team members
  • Inspect equipment and maintain a clean, safe warehouse
  • Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with daily priorities
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of warehouse or material handling experience
  • Previous lead or training experience preferred
  • Forklift experience/certification
  • Experience with inventory or ERP systems
  • Strong organizational and basic math skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
